Registration Requirements
When you sign your kids up for the Suwannee Spirit Kids Music Camp, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- Attendance: Commit to attending all classes for the entire weekend, including the performance on Sunday.
- Class Selection: Attend only the class you signed up for unless you've received approval for a different option from registration. Limited class space does not allow for exceptions.
- Friday Night Dinner: Attend the Friday night dinner if you RSVP'd. Non-attendance affects the camp both in terms of cost and time, and the organizers aim to continue this event.
- Respect: Discuss the importance of respecting instruments, the park, and instructors with your children to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Drop off and Pick Up: Adhere to the designated drop-off and pick-up times for your kids.
- Consent Form: Sign a consent form and bring it to the first class of the weekend.
- Encouragement: Encourage your kids to take pride in their hard work.
These requirements are essential for attending the camp, and failure to comply may result in a registration fee for future camps. To avoid a registration fee, cancellation must occur one week before the camp starts, allowing wait-listed students an opportunity to attend. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe or not showing up will incur a $50 registration fee, payable within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
The goal of Suwannee Spirit Kids Music Camp is to reach as many children as possible and instill in them a love for music. Your cooperation ensures that families eager to attend do not miss out due to no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Registration is online-only, and each child must have a signed consent form, which serves as their ticket to class and attendance. There is no onsite registration available.
